Shipping policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once it's dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: 3-5 business days
  • Rest of India: 5-8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions. We ship across India.

Offers and Discounts
Discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on your order value (before shipping):

  • Orders of Rs 200 and above: Rs 20 off
  • Orders of Rs 400 and above: Rs 40 off
  • Orders of Rs 800 and above: Rs 80 off
  • Orders of Rs 999 and above: Rs 90 off, which covers your shipping

Only one discount applies per order. If your order qualifies for more than one, the highest discount is applied automatically.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid orders: Rs 90
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Rs 140

Paying online saves you Rs 50 on shipping compared to Cash on Delivery. On prepaid orders of Rs 999 and above, the Rs 90 discount covers your shipping charge in full. The final shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for orders totalling up to Rs 300, including shipping. Orders above this amount require prepaid payment at checkout. Because of this limit, the order value discounts above apply to prepaid orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow its progress in real time.

Undelivered or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with our courier partner.

Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to redirect a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur reshipping charges.
