These Terms of Service govern your use of the ToyJoyAntics website (toyjoyantics.com) and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We make every effort to display product colours, sizes, and details accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing batches. Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary. Recommended age groups shown on product pages are guidelines from the manufacturer and should be used alongside parental judgment.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Order value discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on your order value before shipping: Rs 20 off on orders of Rs 200 and above, Rs 40 off on orders of Rs 400 and above, Rs 80 off on orders of Rs 800 and above, and Rs 90 off on orders of Rs 999 and above. Only one discount applies per order, and the highest one you qualify for is applied. Shipping charges are Rs 90 for prepaid orders and Rs 140 for Cash on Delivery orders, as shown at checkout. We accept payments via the methods shown at checkout, including cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery for orders up to Rs 300 in value, excluding shipping. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time, to correct pricing errors, and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund issued in that case.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors. You'll be notified by email if we're unable to fulfil your order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, product descriptions, and images, is the property of Casubhoy Enterprises or its licensors and may not be used without permission. ToyJoyAntics is currently unregistered as a trademark; this clause covers copyright in the website content itself regardless of trademark status.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our products are intended for use as described on the packaging and product listings. Please follow age recommendations and adult supervision guidance where indicated. To the extent permitted by law, Casubhoy Enterprises is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Indian law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
